Some Historical Highlights:

Risk Assessment Services was founded in 2005 to provide strategic sourcing and vendor management solutions.   As the single point of contact in managing vendor relationships, RAS  reduces the cost and redundancy - not the choice - of contracting with multiple vendors.        

RAS has evolved into a global advisory group that creates innovative multi-shore solutions.   Our clients include Fortune 100 companies, as well as independent business owners.  

2005: RAS helped launch HonestyOnline.com, the leading online credentialing service, and  managed their health information services providers.   

2006: RAS partnered with Stilwell Services to develop the model for a digital mobile exam to improve and expedite the underwriting process of life insurance.  This groundbreaking initiative was later adopted by the leading mobile examination providers.  

2007: RAS developed the prototype for an insurance underwriting network that would deliver a fully underwritten application to a network of carriers.  With viewing access to member companies and the opportunity to make an offer, the carrier would incur the underwriting cost only when the policy was placed.  Member companies could reduce underwriting expense by as much as 75% and maximize their internal resources by only making offers on fully underwritten cases that meet their policy issue criteria.   

2008: RAS began to explore off-shore solutions for its US client base.  We chose Jerusalem, Israel as our international operations center due to the readily available pool of American doctors, lawyers, and other English speaking professionals living in Jerusalem.  These subject matter experts enable RAS to deliver American resources at greatly reduced prices.       

2009: RAS began to form strategic alliances with global leaders in knowledge process outsourcing (KPO), to develop cost effective value added underwriting, claims, and litigation services solutions for the insurance industry.  These alliances provide the infrastructure for large scale off-shore projects and the technical expertise for complex systems integration.      

Today, RAS is positioned to identify and manage the right service providers - domestic and overseas - for medical and legal knowledge process outsourcing projects.  We guarantee to  deliver your outsourced projects on time and within budget.

 David Goldberg, CEO

David has over 30 years experience in the outsourced risk assessment industry.  Prior to founding RAS in 2005, he was a senior executive and corporate officer with one of the industry's leading outsourcing service providers.  During his tenure as head of sales and marketing, the company's revenue grew from      $78 million to over $300 million.

Pat is the founder of Med League, and is one of the country's most well-known legal nurse consultants.  Med League provides medical support to attorneys who handle personal/bodily injury, medical malpractice, products liability, and any other case with medical issues. Pat is a past president of the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
